Work with our designers to get the design you want!
All Panels will be 31.25" x 14.5" unless otherwise specified
by the customer. All personalization is to be approved by proofs via email.

Custom Casket Packages
Sportsman Package - Includes camouflage sides, decals, and head panel
Youth Package - Includes sides & top with graphic, head panel, and name customization (available in blue & pink)
Military Package - Includes head panel, decals, stars around base, and service seal (Liberty & Star caskets only)
Wrap Package - See Sales Representative
Each proof revision after the 3rd proof will have a $10 charge applied to it. Approval needed for custom orders.
Approval needed by 10:30 AM for delivery next day. Additional $50 charge for weekend & holiday deliveries.
No returns after 90 days. We will not make special trips for head panels - if time restrictions apply,
panel will shipped via FedEx. Customer will be billed for overnight shipping. Overnight proofs must
be approved by 10:30 AM.
Customer must supply high resolution photos for custom panels. Pictures & imagery
from websites or social media are not sufficient - high resolution original digital copies or photos taken with
iphone/android/etc. are required. Please call us for any assistance with the photo process.
The customer shall defend Pontotoc Box Company from any liability for use of copyrighted images, and
will assume full legal responsibility for their use.
